Description

Dhanustin is a widely used, broad spectrum systemic fungicide belonging to the benzimidazole group. It mainly acts by inhibiting the development of germ tubes, the formation of appressoria and the growth of mycelia. Dhanustin has both protective and curative action to control a broad spectrum of diseases.

    Mode of Action

    Dhanustin, a benzimidazole group fungicide, works systemically by inhibiting the development of germ tubes, the formation of appressoria (the structures fungi use to penetrate plant tissue), and the growth of mycelia. By blocking these early infection stages, it provides both protective action against new infection and curative action against existing disease establishment.
