Cancellation Policy

At Vedanta Agritech, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that under certain circumstances, you may wish to cancel an order. Please review the cancellation policy below:

1. How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact as soon as possible via phone or email.

Note: An order cancellation will only be considered valid once it is confirmed by our concerned department.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Online Payment & Refunds

If you placed the order using online payment and cancel it before it is shipped, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note on Payment Gateway Charges:
If an order paid via online mode is canceled:

  • Before Shipping: A 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund.After Shipping (in transit).
  • After Shipping (in transit): A 3% payment gateway charge and courier charges (forward + return shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund.
