1. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 working days, except in cases of unforeseen delays. The delivery timeline may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, local restrictions, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, supply chain disruptions).

2. Shipping Charges

We offer both free and paid shipping options depending on your order value, delivery location, or promotional offers. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the checkout before you make the payment.

3. Courier Partners

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we ship through trusted and reputed courier partners.

In case of bulk or transport orders, dispatch may take 48 to 72 hours.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Do not accept the package
  • Click pictures of the package showing the tampering/damage.
  • Write on the delivery receipt: “Package is tampered/damaged not accepting”.
  • Email us immediately at [vedantaagritech.official.com] with your order number and images.
  • Alternatively, contact to us.
  • We will make every effort to send a replacement at the earliest.

6. Delivery to Remote Locations

If your location is classified as an ODA (Out of Delivery Area) by our courier partners:

  • You may be required to self-collect the parcel from the nearest courier office.
  • We will provide you with the address and contact number of the courier office.


7. Delays and Limitations

While we strive to ensure timely delivery:

  • In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to external factors (e.g., courier strikes, weather, etc.
  • We are not liable for any financial or incidental losses resulting from late or failed deliveries.
  • If a product becomes undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, the order may be canceled or returned as per our Return Policy.
